I found my old Genuino \ Arduino kit today by accident - totally ruined my 'work on the car' day.
but figured if anyone has been down this road before I could just crack open a beer and puit in some overtime on the being cheap instead. I'm thinking probably about 10k and is have thought linear taper. The two little thumb sticks which give me four axis to play with have tiny ickle potentiometers on.Īnybody know what value / linearity these normally have? Its all very straightforward except for one thing.
(or rather his bin) Oh yeah baby.! I'm CHEAP !! Got a generic Xbox 360 controller from the neighbour. futurey but without the robot friend.ĭon't want to spend £80 on a plastic throttle quadrant. The keyboard does as my inner six year old cant type and thinks it looks a bit too.
The table doesn't bother me as I have my 6 year old imagination on full chatt when I'm flying. which might also look a bit out of place. Just looks weird in a WWII plane (i mean on a WWII cockpit table), and i cant bring myself to actually buy a typewriter. I am sure he went on the tour with the intent to touch our Armed Forces in some way, but he also allowed himself to be touched by the situation that they are in.So I'm looking to make myself some trimmer adjusters and radiator (oil and water) controls all on axis settings rather than bound to keys, and also hook up some extra switches and what not. His words not only moved me to tears but others that love Eric as well.
Joe took the time to write me the most eloquent email that I have ever received. Recently I received an email from Joe Thomas. It may surprise you to know that I have never watched a football game in my life. Thank you, Joe Thomas HENRY’S E-MAIL TO THE PLAIN DEALER Well, I am the newest Cleveland Browns fan. The main point of the email was to just let you know what a profound effect your son had on me and how he made me so proud of what our armed forces are doing. I do have a few friends on the Vikings, that if he would rather go to a game out there, I could probably get him tickets to a game at the Metrodome. I know Eric is a Vikings fan, and I won’t be hurt if he can’t make it, but I certainly wanted to extend the offer. When Eric is back in the states this fall, I would love it if he and a guest (I don’t recall if he was married or not) could come out to Cleveland for a game this fall where I could get him tickets to a game and set him up in a hotel nearby and hopefully get him on the field in pre-game. I would love to do something in return as a showing of gratitude and thanks for all that your son and your family has sacrificed for this country.
I wanted to write you a note to let you know how much the folks in my group truly appreciate and admire the bravery that your son has shown fighting for this country that we all love. This is where I came across your email on a blog. I just got back to the states last night, and can’t get enough of what is happening over there, especially in and around Bostick.
I have written about him in my blog that I kept while over there on. Hearing how humble he was I was, I was extremely impressed to say the least. Meeting your son, and hearing of his heroism and courage has had a profound effect on me, and I have been thinking a lot about him and his troop since I left Bostick. I am a native of WI, and my wife is actually from the area. My name is Joe Thomas and I play in the NFL for the Cleveland Browns. THOMAS E-MAIL TO MARY HENRY Mary, Just wanted to let you know that I met your son this past week while on a USO tour with the NFL at FOB Bostick in Afghanistan. Harder's mother has deepened the bond between soldier's family and football player. Joshua Gunter / The Plain Dealer Joe Thomas' email to Sgt.
